Why This Blog?

Why do I write snuff and slave fiction? Here are some thoughts on that.

More than one reader/viewer of my web pages has asked “Why do you do snuff stuff?”

As an answer, well, I have a lot of pictures of chicks in noose play. They account for, of, roughly 15% of my images. If I’m going to use them, I need to have a back ground where they make some sort of sense. This leads to one of a couple of different story lines.

1. A Dolcett like universe where it’s just part of life

2. A serial killer like story line.

For reasons that should be obvious I have less of a problem with doing an over the top Dolcett like universe, which is so obviously fantasy than I do with a kidnapper/serial killer story line. I mean can you see a world where the US Congress in 2000 legalized white slavery? No, of course not. On the other hand can you see some one kidnapping and killing young women? Unfortunately, I’m sure you can. Fantasy websites tend to not get you in legal trouble. One that looks like your planning a kidnapping and/or murder, well, that’s another story, one that I don’t feel like going down.

This, of course, leads to the question, why do I have so many noose play images? Because while doing a photo shoot, the models see the noose in the play chest and want to freaking have their picture taken with it. Look, a naked or nearly naked chick ask you to take pictures of her with noose on, what are you going to do? I don’t know about you, but I can tell you what I do. I tie them up and put the noose on them!

That was my original post on the subject. It’s not totally honest and sort of skips the question why I have a noose in my bondage box at all. I’ve been playing BDSM games for most of my adult life (over 25 years now) and I’ve always followed the “Safe, Sane, and Consensual” rule in real life, with one minor exception, that I have been asked to not talk about any more.

That being said, I find the idea of things NOT being ‘Safe, Sane or Consensual.’ to be rather erotic. Based on the amount of snuff fiction out there, I’m not alone there. The last time I did a poll on the subject a majority wanted between 30% and 80% of the stories on the Dark Erotic Fiction blog to have some snuff element to them. Is this a good thing? Many people would say no, but I’ll point out that snuff fiction (aka horror stories) have been around a while, and are unlikely to go away.

Would I snuff a girl or woman in real life, if I thought I could get away with it? No, of course not. Would I ask one if I could simulate hanging or doing knife/blood play? Well, duh, you’ve seen the photos. Of course I’d be telling a lie to you if I didn’t say that I get very aroused doing a noose play shoot. One of my models (and, no, I’m not going to tell you which one) after a photo shoot gave me head with the noose around her neck and me holding the other end. The amount this excited me scared me, to be honest. She later called up and wanted me to come over to her apartment and photographer her as she hung her self. She was very clear she wanted to kill her self and she wanted me to see her do it. I had three way calling at the time and had her cross connected to the suicide hot line as soon as I figured out what she was talking about. I ran into her a year or so later and she thanked me for saving her life that night. If was the persona that I use online most of the time I would have some photos of her dead, nude body in my collection. There is no question that Mike Stone, Owner of the Azure Veil or Mike West, the white slaver would let her snuff her self, and would actively help her do so. I’m not my fictional characters, but I do sort of understand who they are. That’s one reason why I’m never going to write a serial killer story line. I don’t want to go down that path in my mind. My snuff fiction will keep being set in a place where the snuff is legal, if not consensual. Why this matters to me is unclear, but it does matter to me. It seems important to me to not write material that could be taken as a “how to” or “a plan to” kill someone. There is enough of that out there as it is.
